I am here as a way-shower, a guide to remembering the wisdom of the heart. I believe that living an embodied, heart-centered, joy-filled life is our birthright.
We embody what becomes possible when we live from our hearts. We reside in a quantum field of infinite possibilities.
A new era is emerging, one in which the awakened heart is a catalyst for humanity’s evolution. Women are answering this call in countless ways: as heart-centered nurturers, visionaries, teachers, healers, creators, and courageous leaders.

The beating of my heart
began long before my mother’s womb.
It started as a dream, a slight whisper,
a knowing.
Moving into form with the breath
of the divine mother
my why was set – to be
a beating heart of remembrance.
That as I walk my path,
I am a way-shower, a guide, a light
for all to remember their divine nature.
On my journey, my beating heart
was at times silenced in the distance
as I encountered the
abnesia of humanity.
Absorbed in fear, violence, and subjugation
the voice of the Great Mother was silenced by those
who knowingly and intentionally
caused forgetfulness and harm.
I am a witness to history and pain.
My beating heart felt the
breathe of the Great Mother
awakening me to my purpose
being divine love in form.
I became the warrior of love
remembering my voice was my song, my weapon of choice,
my temple, my sword of love
for all to remember themselves as divine.
My beating heart
reminded me that prayer and action are keys
to awakening my brothers and sisters
to be a light for all sentient beings.

a drum of transformation
for it is done.
